Erin's Bio: Erin Suelmann is the Executive Director of the Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis (DSAGSL) which serves, supports, and celebrates the lives of over 2,000 individuals with Down syndrome and their families, through every stage of life. Erin received her bachelor’s degree in anthropology from the University of Colorado, and her master's degrees in anthropology and in public health from the University of Arizona. She began her journey at the DSAGSL in 2012 as Director of Programs and Services and was promoted to Executive Director in 2016. Her passion for the disability community comes from life with her brother, Andrew, who happens to have Down syndrome.

Susan's Bio: Susan Conrad is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur. As a long-term practitioner, she thrives on connecting the goals of people and business to ensure both achieve their full potential. Relationship- and results-driven, Susan has been a catalyst for many teams and organizations in their pursuit of growth and success. She believes consistent performance and ongoing value creation begins with people-centric leadership. She has successfully applied Eicon Partners’ approach and guiding principles throughout her career. She has held executive positions in a variety of industries with an emphasis on professional services. Her background in finance, strategy, acquisitions, and people development provide her with a unique perspective and ability to advance the goals of business and people simultaneously. Entrepreneurially minded corporate and non-profit leaders alike turn to Susan to navigate change, develop talent, and improve their organizations’ performance.
