Bio: Kimberly is responsible for standardizing business operations practice across Mastercard and overseeing the Business Operations Guild supporting all product areas.

Since joining Mastercard, Ms. Martin has served in various leadership roles. She has more than 30 years of experience in the financial and payments industries including leading Mastercard’s Fraud and Risk Systems, Global Data Warehouse, and Commercial/Small Business software. Prior to joining Mastercard, Ms. Martin has worked in software sales, healthcare, manufacturing, insurance, and stock brokerage industries. She has also held roles as software engineer, business analyst, and project manager.

Ms. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science degree, with a dual degree in Management Information Systems and Accounting, from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. She also holds a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems, with a minor in Government, also from SIU Edwardsville. In 2018, Ms. Martin completed her Doctor of Business Administration degree from North Central University, with a specialization in Project Management and a study on the productivity of virtual, agile project teams.
