Technology Partners and Ouellette & Associates Will Utilize Virtual & In-Person Sessions Within Their Rapidly Growing, St. Louis-Focused Leadership Development Program
Technology Partners, a leading technology staffing and solutions firm, and Ouellette & Associates, an IT services company, recently announced the launch of a new hybrid experience for the St. Louis Technology Leadership Experience (TechLX) program. The new cohort will launch Dec. 5 and run through May of 2023.
“We have been 100-percent virtual since the onset of the pandemic, so we are extremely excited to get back to meeting in-person,” said Kendall Brewer, director of leadership programs at Technology Partners.
“This new hybrid setup will feature both virtual and on-site sessions, giving participants and mentors the flexibility they are used to in this new world of work.”
Founded in 2018, the TechLX program features a wide range of career advancement offerings, including IT leadership development workshops, individual mentoring, peer connections, and regular networking events. All TechLX mentors are respected, senior IT executives who represent a broad spectrum of organizations and industries.
