In 2018, Technology Partners kicked off a new podcast hosted by Lisa called Something Extra, to show others what it takes to influence, encourage and be a true leader in daily life. She interviews a diverse range of business and cultural leaders from throughout the region and the world on a weekly basis who share what they believe is the “something extra” every true leader possesses that defines them. Lisa will release her 100th episode of Something Extra Thurs, September 10, which averages more than 1,800 listens worldwide each month.

More than 90 participants from dozens of St. Louis area companies have participated to date, with more expected to participate later in 2020 and beyond.

Lisa also helps lead her company’s community service outreach through an employee-directed internal committee called L.I.F.T. -- an acronym for “Lives Impacted.
