The finance leadership team of a prominent academic medical center envisioned a future where a single source of truth created trusted enterprise reporting. This required true transformation from a centralized support team to a business empowerment and capabilities catalyst.

The solution

We worked closely with the client’s financial stakeholders to understand and document their biggest pain points. Our goal was to revolutionize reporting and discovery at all levels: Executive, Managerial, and Analytical, by pioneering new methodologies to create highly-dimensional models. We designed and implemented a data lakehouse fabric that allowed users to construct their own models and evaluate their analytics capability.
