The challenge

This large supermarket chain needed to support their growth with superior software and a team that could manage those solutions. Enlisting multiple staffing teams yielded our client multiple levels of quality candidates. Working for such a prestigious client as this, many firms used too broad of a search in effort to fill the roles. The client received far too many bad candidates than the procurement team was equipped to handle–with no positive results.

The plan

The hiring team would provide only the most-qualified applicants and reserve interviews for the best of the best. They then could focus their time on evaluating chemistry of the talent.
