Bio: Suda is a distinguished technology executive with four decades of global experience driving large-scale business transformations, building high-performing technology organizations, and advising multi-billion-dollar enterprises.
As Chief Digital Solutions Delivery Officer at Deloitte, Suda led the Global Digital Application Solutions organization—also known as the Worldwide DevHub—delivering enterprise-class digital solutions across all business units, including Consulting & Advisory, Audit & Assurance, Tax & Legal, and core enabling functions. His portfolio spans applications, data and analytics, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, intranet, and back-office systems. In this role, he oversees the development and execution of Deloitte’s IT applications and innovation strategy, establishes programs and processes to optimize software development, and manages a global ecosystem of partners across Argentina, Ukraine, India, and Colombia. Leading a team of more than 4,300 professionals, Suda has spearheaded Deloitte’s digital transformation, implementing technologies such as Generative AI, intelligent automation through RPA, chatbots, and advanced AI/ML solutions across multiple products.
Before joining Deloitte, Suda served as CIO of a healthcare organization, where he successfully transformed the IT function in preparation for a successful IPO in May 2015. He previously held senior leadership roles including Regional CIO and Vice President of IT at Ascension Health, a $20+ billion healthcare provider with 150,000 associates, where he directed a landmark $1.5 billion business transformation initiative—one of the largest in the industry. Earlier in his career, he was Vice President of Information Solutions and Shared Services at YRC Worldwide, a $9+ billion global transportation and logistics company.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Suda is dedicated to his family and enjoys spending time with his wife, Stephanie, and their children. He is also an avid reader, audiophile, cyclist, and musician.
