Bio: Joe Pellegrino is a men’s pastor, author, speaker, certified Maxwell Leadership trainer, consultant, and entrepreneur. He is the founder and president of Legacy Minded Ministries, whose mission is to "transform lives by engaging, encouraging, and equipping men to build a Christ-centered legacy." Joe also leads Not Just an Average Joe, LLC, providing coaching and innovative consulting services to individuals and businesses.
Joe has been featured on Fox News, TBN, and numerous national radio programs, including Focus on the Family and Family Life Radio. He speaks on topics such as leadership, identity, purpose, and men's issues.
He is the co-author of eight books. In addition to his books, Joe has created and presents a variety of workshops and seminars across the country, empowering men to live with intention and purpose.
Joe is passionate about helping people discover who God created them to be. His heart also extends to youth, encouraging them to think critically about their identity, purpose, and value.
He and his wife of 39 years, Bethanne, founded “Adopt a Child,” a Christmas program that provided over 50,000 gifts to 20,000 abused children between 1996 and 2007. Their efforts earned them the Volunteers of the Year award from the State of New Jersey in 2000.
For 11 years, Joe served as Chaplain for the New Jersey Jackals minor league baseball team. Today, he and Bethanne reside in Vero Beach, Florida, and are the proud parents of three children and grandparents to four.
