Bio: Cindy is a global brand expert and go-to-market strategist with a demonstrated history of driving results in the retail, hospitality, and entertainment industries by building strong businesses, strong brands, and strong omni-channel customer relationships.
Following an impressive career with C-Suite roles at Walmart, Disney, L Brands and Bed Bath & Beyond, Cindy is now bringing her breadth of experience across industries to the boardroom. She served as an independent director on the boards of Destination Pet (a private equity backed provider of pet care and veterinary services) and current serves on the board of Airship (a venture capital backed marketing technology firm that helps companies drive mobile app engagement).
Cindy honed her strategic thinking, creative problem-solving and communications skills early in her career at Pizza Hut, Doubletree and Starwood Hotels, Harrah’s Casinos, and multiple global advertising agencies.
Cindy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from William & Mary, where she served as chair of the Governance Committee for the Business School Board of Trustees, and a Master’s degree in International Marketing from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).
Cindy is an champion for the advancement of women in business and along with her husband Rob, works passionately to support our veterans and active-duty military.
