Step into the world of PHOS Creative with Brandon West, the visionary founder who started it all from his home office at just 26. Based in sunny Florida, PHOS Creative isn't your typical digital marketing agency—it's a strategy-first powerhouse that's earned accolades from the Inc. 5000 to Florida Trend Magazine. In this episode, we explore how PHOS Creative's growth and vibrant culture reflect Brandon's mission to cultivate true flourishing in people and organizations while embodying the love of Jesus.

Bio: Brandon West founded PHOS Creative at the age of 26 out of his home office. A strategy-first digital marketing agency headquartered in Florida, PHOS’ growth and culture have been highlighted in the Inc. 5000, Gator100, Florida Trend Magazine, and the Best Christian Workplaces Institute.

PHOS Creative's vision is to launch thirty care centers for women and children impacted by extreme poverty and sex trafficking by 2030. To date, PHOS has funded the start of eight care centers in five countries, providing holistic care to over 1,200 women and children.

Author of It Is Not Your Business to Succeed, Brandon has shared his insights on over seventy stages, addressing topics such as purpose-driven leadership, people-first culture, business as a ministry, authentic branding, and inbound marketing.

Away from his desk, Brandon enjoys dating his wife, mostly losing to his sons at board games, playing guitar and piano, exploring underwater caverns, and pastoring leaders at Salt Church and in the marketplace.

Brandon's Something Extra: "What we need is freedom. But the something extra that comes with it is a different mindset. Where we release ourselves from believing that we are what we produce. We release ourselves from the control that we want over outcomes of our relationships, over our marriage, over our children, over our businesses, over the people that we lead. And we just go, the something extra that I need is a new mindset."
