Bio: Jen is responsible for leading enterprise data, customer analytics, business analytics, the center of automation, the innovation center and supports the customer transformation. Jen oversees execution of the One Ameren Analytics, Automation & AI strategy and roadmap including the build-out of Ameren’s modern data and analytics platform with machine learning and AI capabilities and delivering significant value through automation, analytics and AI to transformation business processes across the enterprise.

Jen has over 19 years of experience in analytics and automation, strategy and performance management, business process transformation, accounting and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Ameren, Jen was at Exelon Corporation in external financial reporting team and accounting policy and research. Jen started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in capital market transactions and audit functions. Jen served as Chair and Vice-Chair of the Edison Electric Institute (EEI)’s Accounting Standards Committee from 2017-2020 and is currently a member of the Utility Analytics Institute Executive Advisory Council. Jen received the Public Utilities Fortnightly 40 Under 40 award in 2020, is a graduate of the Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge and TechLX Leadership Development programs.

Jen earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Illinois. Jen is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
