Bio: Sean Lambert is the President and Executive Director of Youth With A Mission San Diego/Baja, which he and his wife Janet started in 1991. YWAM San Diego/Baja has 240 full-time staff, primarily focusing its efforts on impacting the poor of Baja, Mexico with a growing impact internationally.

Since joining Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in 1979, Sean has traveled and ministered in 53 different nations.  In 1990 he founded the “Homes of Hope” program in Baja, Mexico.  This program has now been expanded to impact 27 nations and more than 7,600 homes for needy families have been built engaging 150,000 volunteers.

Sean also serves on many different YWAM International leadership groups including the UofN Board of Regents and as a member of both the North American Western, Area Circle Team (ACT) Eldership and the Mexico /Central American ACT Eldership.
