Regardless of who you are or what you do, we all have one thing in common: we've been created for relationships. There's a good chance that someone has asked you what your love languages are, and if you haven't, it's about time you learn what yours is!
Take a few moments to hear Dr. Gary Chapman, the man behind the love languages, speak about relationship building, communication, and leading others while standing in their shoes.

Gary's Something Extra: Empathy and Love. A good leader has to develop the ability to ask questions of people and put yourself in their shoes so you can feel what they feel and understand what they are saying. This way you can honestly say, "I hear what you're saying and it makes a lot of sense." Now, love is an attitude that you genuinely care about the people you interface. The attitude of love says, "I am here to genuinely enrich the lives of those I encounter."
