Bio: Aarti Sharma is the Vice President, Tech Ops Service Delivery leading a global team. In 2019, she completed her Doctorate in Business and Organizational Leadership. She is the co-lead for Women Leadership Network (WLN) at Mastercard. Recently Aarti was named one of the Most Influential Business Women 2020, by STL BizJournal and also won two CEO Force For Good awards in 2020 for her service in the community. She has a passion to use technology, data, and insights for good. She is also passionate to empower and grow future leaders and help more women to join the field of technology. She started a Mastercard Mentorship program to empower the female students and students from underserved populations to continue their passion in the field of technology and in turn help Mastercard create a pipeline for interns.
