Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Social Media and Content Creation Specialist. Do you have experience with creating content reflecting the brand’s voice? Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!

What You Will Be Doing:

As the Social Media and Content Creation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing compelling content that excites and engages our audience across social media platforms, with a focus on TikTok. You’ll drive ideation, creativity, and execution of a unique social strategy, building and nurturing a robust community of The Brand fans. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic and creative environment, driving engagement and relevance for The Brand and beyond.

Primary Responsibilities:

Execution and Engagement:

 

  • Produce and edit engaging TikTok and Reels content to drive audience engagement
  • Lead brainstorms to identify new content opportunities
  • Plan and publish organic social content on TikTok, including copywriting
  • Monitor and moderate brand mentions on TikTok to protect the brand and identify engagement opportunities
  • Identify influencers and creators for potential partnerships

Strategy:

 

  • Execute the organic channel and content strategy for The Brand on TikTok
  • Bring the Brand voice to life and foster a strong community of brand fans
  • Stay updated on trends and cultural conversations to inform content creation
  • Identify opportunities for surprise and delight engagement with key consumers

Integrated Marketing and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with the Community Manager and brand team to execute strategy and ideate
  • Propose and execute social-led activation ideas
  • Amplify engagement opportunities from experiential or PR activations
  • Collaborate on legal processes for social sweepstakes/contests

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years experience in social media management for brands or organizations
  • Strong content creation skills reflecting the brand’s voice
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms like TikTok, Instagram, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating with diverse teams

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with Sprinklr social listening and publishing
  • Previous work with large brands and partner agencies
  • Personal interest in sneaker culture, streetball, and The Brand

Note:

  • This is a 12-month contract position open to remote candidates.

Pay: $23.80 – $34 /hr.
