What is The TechLX?

The Technology Leadership Experience (TechLX) is a nine-month program designed to prepare mid-level IT leaders for future executive roles. It combines workshops, peer connections, and one-on-one mentoring to enhance leadership competencies, business acumen, and strategic relationship-building skills. Participants engage in approximately 1-3 hours of learning activities per week, including self-paced modules, live online workshops, and mentoring sessions.

The program offers various cohort options, such as open cohorts for any mid-level IT leader, women-only cohorts, and cohorts for IT leaders in healthcare.

What can participants expect?

As a result of attending this program, participants will be able to:

  • Identify and build proficiency in critical growth areas, based on IT Skill Builder self-assessment data
  • Demonstrate essential leadership competencies, including delegating, decision-making, inspiring others, collaboration, and emotional intelligence
  • Build trusted strategic relationships through strengthened influencing and communication skills
  • Promote the value of themselves, their team, and their work to internal and external stakeholders
