The Technology Leadership Experience (TechLX)
The Technology Leadership Experience (TechLX) is a nine-month program that prepares mid-level IT leaders for executive roles through workshops, peer connections, and mentoring. Participants develop leadership skills, business acumen, and strategic relationships with 1-3 hours of learning activities per week, including self-paced modules and live sessions.
The Executive Leadership Experience (ExecLX)
The Executive Leadership Experience (ExecLX) is a nine-month program designed to enhance the leadership capabilities of technology executives. Developed by experienced tech leaders, it focuses on human-centered skills such as vision communication, relationship building, team leadership, decision-making, and innovation. Participants engage in workshops, peer networking, and one-on-one coaching to prepare for C-suite roles.
The Cybersecurity Leadership Experience (CyberLX)
The Cybersecurity Leadership Experience (CyberLX) is a nine-month program designed to develop leadership skills in mid-level cybersecurity professionals. Through workshops, mentoring, and peer networking, participants enhance competencies such as decision-making, communication, and emotional intelligence, preparing them to become strategic partners within their organizations.
Leading Change
The Leading Change program is a 12-week intensive designed to equip IT leaders with the skills necessary to effectively lead organizational change. Participants engage in self-paced learning, group coaching, and live online workshops to explore change leadership frameworks, manage organizational risks, and develop strategies to sustain change. The program is tailored for manager or director-level IT leaders responsible for leading enterprise-wide change initiatives.
