What You Will Be Doing:
- Procurement Support – take direction from engineers and compile attachments such as quotations and purchase approval signatures in order to create equipment purchase requisitions in SAP.
- Project Administration – create document/drawing transmittals with collaboration tools (eg. BIM360), support tracking of project deliverables throughout the lifecycle of a project, support tracking of process and packaging procurement, and other technical administration activities.
- Technical Writing – creation, editing, and reformatting of NPE documentation, such as commodities specifications, standards, guidelines, and presentations.
- Misc. assignments that develop as the Engineering Office roles and responsibilities evolve.
- Assist Communication Specialist with NPE workflow development and initiatives.
- Assist with scheduling of meetings in Outlook.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Sharepoint
- PDF editing in Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam
- SAP is a plus
