Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Systems Analyst, HR, HRMS (145325). Do you have experience with HR? Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!

What You Will Be Doing:
As a Software Analyst in Workforce Management Solutions, you will be responsible for technical integration requirements for our upcoming implementation of a new Timekeeping, Payroll, and Advanced Scheduling application. You will be deeply involved during the Discovery, Testing, and Implementation phases of this fast-paced project. You will assist in building the functional requirements and ensuring the delivery of the product meets the business needs with high quality. The Software Analyst also assists the larger project team with creating and tracking project tasks. In this role you will serve as a critical team member, collaborating cross-functionally with software engineers, QA, and business sponsors from multiple departments. This is the perfect opportunity for a detail-oriented, technically curious, and efficiency-driven individual, as much of your time will be focused on supporting our strategic initiatives in Workforce Management Solutions. Strong interpersonal skills, as well as communication skills (both written and oral) will be important. Document integrations between the HR, Timekeeping, Scheduling, Billing, and Benefits systems. Develop various documents, including requirements, data maps, test plans, and data flows. Collaborate with IT to ensure that technical design, unit and functional testing, deployment, and implementation meets business requirements and properly documented. Facilitate meetings with users, IT and non-IT resources across departments. Identify risks and issues during the project implementation and ensure timely resolution. Assist the project manager with maintaining the project management tasks in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle. Monitor progress and status of deliverables. Support cutover activities during the Implementation phase.
