What You Will Be Doing:
The Systems Administrator is responsible for designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex network systems and services. They also provide technical support and guidance to Tier I and Tier II network staff, as well as other IT teams and end users. They ensure that the network infrastructure meets the business needs and complies with the security policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, install, configure, and troubleshoot complex network systems and services.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to Tier I and Tier II network staff.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize network performance, security, and availability.
  • Perform OS software and network upgrades, patches, backups, and recovery.
  • Document configurations, procedures, and policies.
  • Research and evaluate new network technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in network administration.
  • Advanced knowledge of network protocols, standards, and architectures.
  • Proficiency in network devices and tools (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
  • Experience with network security principles and practices.
  • Experience with network management and monitoring systems (Microsoft Sentinel).
  • Experience with network automation and scripting (PowerShell).
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, Network+, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and security.
  • Proficiency in using Azure portal, PowerShell, CLI, and other cloud management tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Experience integrating cloud services with on-premises systems.
  • Experience deploying and troubleshooting cloud-based applications.
  • Microsoft Azure and Office 365 certifications.

Pay: $31.50 – $45 /hr.
