What You Will Be Doing:
You will lead the design and execution of the stakeholder change plan for Transformation-specific change, partnering with relevant stakeholder enabling functions (Communications, Learning etc.) and with the Sponsor lead. You will maintain a highly integrated approach to change efforts, fully leveraging other enabling associate-supporting functions to ensure a comprehensive approach to identifying and mitigating change impacts. You will also review cumulative change plans for respective audiences, identify gaps, interdependencies, opportunities for integration and alignment, and risks – represent in Transformation Change Team working sessions and partner with other stakeholder change leads and enabling functions to ensure integration, alignment, and sequencing. You will partner with Enterprise Change to develop change insights for respective stakeholders, identify and escalate risks and recommendations on the pace and sequencing of change. You will develop, update and share firm-level change plan for respective audiences. You will establish and manage stakeholder engagement strategy for TO. You will serve as the thought and integration leader to ensure stakeholders’ input and perspectives are integrated throughout TO processes and reflective of the standards and protocols in the Change Blueprint. You will identify stakeholder engagement needs for respective audiences – participation in change work, advisory groups, validation bench etc. You will partner with relevant groups to identify and onboard specific stakeholders. You will also be working with the PL/PC coordinate the timing and cadence of stakeholder involvement needed for TO activities and processes. You will partner with others in the TO, particularly the FSEO squad, on logistics, innovative approaches, and preparation of meeting materials to support stakeholder involvement. You will understand and ensure application of stakeholder experience standards and insights. You will understand evolving work to define desired stakeholder experiences and associated measures. You will understand existing and current insights (internal & ‘outside-in) and applicability to current TO work. You will partner with Transformation Office to identify and define additional research needs for respective audiences, serve as point person to coordinate those projects. With PL/PC, you will coordinate timely Insights updates to TO (and sub-teams). You will support stakeholder segmentation analysis and tailoring. You will understand stakeholder segmentation being applied in high priority firm initiatives. You will partner with FAN and relevant Insights functions to determine appropriate stakeholder segmentation for Transformation-specific change. You will represent segmentation/tailoring needs in change process (e.g. impact assessments, ADKAR mapping, feedback loops). You will establish cadence and processes to connect with ‘owners’ of feedback channels by audience. You will also identify gaps in existing feedback channels and partner with appropriate area(s) to address. You will develop and manage process to collect, synthesize, and escalate stakeholder feedback re: TO change. You will represent stakeholder feedback in TO Change discussions. You will partner with relevant areas to identify/understand stakeholder ‘health measures’. You will monitor stakeholder ‘health measures’, escalate relevant trends to Trf Change Team. You will identify measures of successful adoption, utilization, proficiency, and change risk mitigation in consultation with TO, key sponsors. You will also partner with relevant areas to identify/track change measures. You will provide status updates to Project Coordinator for inclusion in overall change status reports. You will capture lessons learned and best practices. You will ensure integration into future iterations of the Change Blueprint.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent experience. MBA or graduate degree preferred.
  • 8 years of change management or related experience on complex projects is required.
  • Experience creating, monitoring, and interpreting stakeholder change readiness and adoption metrics through the entire development lifecycle preferred.
  • Prosci Certification or equivalent is required; CCMP and advanced Prosci certifications preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
