What You Will Be Doing:
You will provide thought leadership and strategy in leveraging the Microsoft 365 applications, in particular (but not limited to) SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Enterprise Content Management Tools/Utilities such as content migration tools and content scanning software. May lead functional teams or projects. Administer, manage, test, and implement changes to the Product Suite.
Performs root cause analysis and develops action plan and priorities for backlogs (identifying short- and long-term solutions). May lead implementation of plan. Independently handles high impact, critical software/systems monitoring issues and tickets/incidents. Serve as the subject matter expert for complex user support questions. Analyzes business needs and develops plans to implement software requirements in conjunction with business analysts and architects. Identify, research, and keep apprised of emerging technologies, solutions, strategies, and developments with the goal of identifying opportunities for their use in partnership with domain and enterprise architects. Identifies gaps and develops training plan for the team. Assisting in the development of training documentation and provide training as needed. Work with others members of the Digital team to ensure standards are included, applied, and maintained across all products sets and solutions. Reviews options to identify best solution and provides design for selected solution. Mentor and train other team members.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or business preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Specialized depth and breadth of expertise in job discipline or field, working independently to solve or lead others to solve complex problems.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership ability.
- Ability to balance multiple initiatives and demands simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
- Ability to prioritize and organize.
- Creativity and “outside the box” thinking and a readiness to try new approaches.
- Strong analytical skills to quickly recognize issues and opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
