What You Will Be Doing:
You have expertise in service management concepts and ITIL standards with hands-on experience in the design, build test and implementation in one or more of the following ITAM enterprise solutions (e.g. ServiceNow, Flexera, and Eracent). Strong knowledge and experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) policies, procedures and best practices. Collaborates with project team on the planning of the implementation project. Leads development and implementation of the ITAM platform project, collaborates across multiple teams to obtain and share technical information. Creates design specifications based on identified business requirements; Analyzes business problems to design solutions. Tests complex code changes for specific requirements and collaborates with various stakeholders to create test plans and oversee UAT testing. Performs root cause analysis, develops action plans and recommends prioritization of backlog items. Independently handles incident tickets and service requests related to ITAM implementation project. Utilizes relevant technologies in order to design, develop, document, and support integration solutions. Effectively presents progress updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders at varying levels of the IT organization. Creates basic dashboards and reporting in ServiceNow to support HAM governance and operational activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or business with 7+ years of relevant experience; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of degree
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in the design, build test and implementation in one or more of the following ITAM enterprise solutions (e.g. ServiceNow, Flexera, and Eracent)
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and AMDB
- Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM) a plus
- Strong analytic and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, build relationships and exercise influence with stakeholders at all levels of the IT organization
