What You Will Be Doing:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and execute digital projects within the food and beverage manufacturing sector, focusing on Industry 4.0 initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategic alignment, innovation fostering, and efficiency driving in production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy and approach for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing digital projects.
  • Define and communicate project scope, objectives, and expectations.
  • Identify project resource requirements and resolve resource constraints.
  • Build and manage project schedules, track activities, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage roadblocks and implement risk mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings and reviews.
  • Provide transparency and communication on project status and risks to cross-functional team members and leadership.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure commitment to return on investment.
  • Ensure project goals align with company objectives and are clearly defined.
  • Execute change management for each project.
  • Manage stakeholders and align deliverables.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in the digital space.
  • Participate in portfolio management and maintenance activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering/automation/science field strongly preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with waterfall, agile, scrum, and SDLC project methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent tools.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing system integration experience (PLC, SCADA, MES, ERP).
  • Applied knowledge and understanding of ANSI/ISA 95 Standard.
  • Experience in food or beverage manufacturing preferred.
  • Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams simultaneously preferred.
  • Experience with process qualification and validation in the pharmaceutical or food industry preferred.

Pay:  $66.50 – $95 /hr.
