What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage high-volume, fast-paced projects in a marketing or advertising agency environment. The role focuses on timeline management, process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and production. Candidates must have extensive experience in handling print, digital, and content production, and must drive overall project success through strategic thinking and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project timelines, set up kickoffs, and lead standup meetings (Kanban).
- Manage production from print, digital, experiential, and content assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Apply agile principles to optimize processes and lead retrospectives to foster continuous improvement.
- Handle financial aspects, including job scoping and vendor PO management.
- Serve as a hub for project execution, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing/advertising project management.
- Proficiency in Agile tools, project management software, and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-volume projects.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with Project Management and Agile tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: $27.30 – $39 /hr.
