What You Will Be Doing:
You will perform customer service activities for our Third Party Sales business, including all order to cash (OTC) activities such as communications, sales order management, tracking product availability and shipments, and customer invoicing. Work with stakeholders on pricing, terms and volumes for Third Party Sales, and act as liaison between Bayer and Customer to ensure product is received on time in full. Active monitoring of plant production and warehouse inventories to ensure product availability meets customer demands. Work with SAP Customer and Material master groups for establishing new customers, SKUs, ship to locations, etc. Work with customers to reconcile outstanding invoices in SAP as needed. Assist with documentation efforts for OTC processes and master data. Track KPIs and metrics.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Education: BA/BS Degree
- 5 years of Supply Chain / Manufacturing experience
- 2 years of SAP working knowledge with expertise in Order to Cash functions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving and analytical skills preferred
