Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Senior Engineer, React – 147035. Do you have experience with React? Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!
What You Will Be Doing:
You will turn wireframes into complete, functional applications without guidance from other React engineers or a lot of Googling. Take ownership of continued development on the Kahani Module & Customer Portal. Get excited about what we’re building and bring your own ideas into the mix. Regularly deploy code that has been appropriately QA’d on a variety of platforms on both desktop & mobile. Remote OK (our team is already distributed), but most of your working hours should mostly overlap with US Central Time. We operate in a professional environment but are also a startup. Priorities and requirements will shift frequently as we work towards product-market fit.
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least 5 years building React applications, full time
- Knowledgable about React state management (ex: Context, Redux, …)
- Capable of setting up a new React project with the right architecture that we would be proud of
- You can write detailed CSS in your sleep
- You have a set of go-to pipeline tools (ex: Babel, Webpack, Parcel, …)
- Experience displaying streaming video on the web
- Experience implementing smooth JS/CSS animations
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Shopify app or theme experience
- Experience instrumenting a UX for performance tracking (ex: Fullstory, Google Analytics, Segment, …)
- Experience running A/B tests
- You’ve worked on very small teams before and prefer it that way
- You have an eye for design. We have no full-time designers and would love to add someone who has more of a flair for it than we do
