What You Will Be Doing:
With this position there is an opportunity to touch many different technologies, expand knowledge and gain experience as a Security Administrator. Provide information system access while ensuring that appropriate security controls are maintained. Provide support to ensure continuous system access availability for the firm. Assist management in the protection of information system resources and associated assets against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure. Provide troubleshooting and analysis support for the firm.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of processing experience – especially in the area of Client/Server or Mainframe processing
- Process id and access requests
- Work with IS support areas to report and resolve access related issues
- Escalate security related incidents to the proper individuals and teams
- Provide access and testing support to project teams
- Good verbal and written skills, plus excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively support the user community
- Strong technical aptitude for security administration of ACF2, Linux, Unix, Windows, or Oracle platforms
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Able to add users to AD groups and assign roles
- Good analytical and problem solving skills are required to make decisions and escalate issues when necessary Decision Making
- Ability to act independently and on behalf of the firm is encouraged
- Experience with MS Exchange creating email boxes
