What You Will Be Doing:

We are seeking a Salesforce Specialist to join our collaborative and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging Salesforce and its related platforms to support our sales effectiveness team. This includes managing user access, resolving environment issues, and ensuring data integrity. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong initiative are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales effectiveness team to optimize the use of Salesforce and related platforms.
  • Manage user access, troubleshoot environments, and ensure client success through one-on-one interactions.
  • Partner with business user groups to oversee licensing needs across Salesforce and related add-on tools.
  • Conduct regular user audits to maintain a consistent and documented user maintenance process.
  • Utilize Excel for audits and reporting, including understanding related filter fields and Vlookup functions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships across the organization, ensuring timely management of organizational changes via Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and call handling.
  • Maintain data integrity through data cleansing applications within Salesforce.
  • Perform independent research and resolve data, access, UAT script testing, and reporting requests.
  • Gather feedback from end users and business stakeholders to identify system improvement opportunities.
  • Document and communicate requirements for potential system enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 3 years of experience in CRM, Data Validation, and Salesforce (lightning and classic experience strongly preferred).
  • At least 1 year of proven Salesforce experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Strong initiative to drive results in complex projects.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills (both technical and non-technical).
  • Willingness to work in the St. Louis office as needed, up to 3 days per week.

Additional Information:

  • The role involves maintaining licensing and add-ons for Salesforce, ensuring usability and access.
  • You will monitor new requests and work with IT to set up users correctly, including environment testing and verification.
  • Flexibility is required as the role grows and evolves, offering strong future potential for professional skill enhancement.
  • Maintain both environments of the Global Instance CRM Customer Plus, ensuring smooth transitions for users between platforms.
  • Building relationships with admins and users across the organization is essential to ensure timely notifications and necessary changes.

Pay:  $24.50 – $35 /hr.
