What You Will Be Doing:
- Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART using various tools, such as the Program Kanban and other information radiators
- Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment
- Help manage risks and dependencies
- Work with Scrum Master(s) where applicable and facilitate periodic synchronization events, including the ART syncWork with the Agile Coach(es) to identify and implement relentless improvement efforts
- Improve the flow of value through value streams by improving and assessing the practices associated with DevOps and Release on Demand in the Continuous Delivery Pipeline
- Track Quantitative and Qualitative measurements throughout the PI and beyond
- Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the ART and help them improve
- Help drive the Lean User Experience (UX) innovation cycle
- Work with the Agile Program Management Office (APMO) on program execution and operational excellence
- Escalate and track impediments
- Help manage risks and dependencies
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 years of related experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Certification as RTE in SAFe or at least certification as coach for SAFe
- Expertise in SAFe and Agile
