Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years of significant experience and achievement in a technical field with a project engineering background.
- Project Management and Process Engineering experience within the food and dairy, cosmetic, pharmaceutical or consumer products industry is a plus.
- Supervisory experience in managing internal and external project team members or equivalent.
- Proven experience implementing and/or supporting automated systems
- Project Engineering/Management PMI
- Plant design & construction
- Equipment and construction purchasing contracts
- Permitting requirements preferred
- Understanding of Hygienic and sanitary design and engineering
- 5S standards
- Understanding of financial analysis and relevant business drivers CAPEX budgeting, preparation and forecast.
- MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel, Basic AutoCAD, Visio, MS Teams/SharePoint
- TPM and Lean manufacturing
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering Field. (Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering).
- PMI Certified preferred
