What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to serve as a Senior Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams within a SAFe environment. The ideal candidate will have a leadership mindset, capable of driving agile practices while supporting product and engineering teams. This role requires hands-on scrum master duties and agile coaching as our teams mature within a SAFe transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple Agile teams within an Agile Release Train (ART).
- Provide Agile coaching to Product and Engineering teams.
- Partner with Product Owners and Engineering teams for backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Actively participate in PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums.
- Analyze Sprint Metrics to improve team effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support and participate in Scrum Master Community of Practice (CoP).
- Facilitate unblocking impediments and manage risks and dependencies.
- Drive and explain team analysis to executives.
- Operate effectively in uncertain environments and create order from chaos.
- Build credibility and buy-in from teams without authority.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
- 8+ years of Program Management experience in an Agile software development environment.
- Experience leading multiple Agile teams as a Senior Scrum Master.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Miro, Jira, and Planview.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- SAFe 5.0 for Lean Enterprises certification/experience.
- Proven experience in leading globally distributed teams.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills
Pay: $78.40 – $112 /hr.
