What You Will Be Doing:
You will lead delivery of end-to-end solution for large cross-functional programs, organizing and managing work across multiple teams and projects. Proactively plan and sequence cross-team activities, in accordance with product priorities, and ensure blockers to program progress are removed. Help teams organize themselves for optimal delivery outcomes, including clearly defined boundaries for team self-organization. Ensure clear definition and active management of program scope, requirements, solutions, and responsibilities, externally and internally. Coordinate and manage dependencies across all teams (internal and external), including priorities, sprint and implementation plans, test and integration plans, and releases. Execute a strategy and roadmap to provide compelling capabilities that helps Product Owners and Managers succeed in their business goals. Ensure all parties are aware of project scope and milestones .
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent Dot experience
- 3+ years of program management experience
- 3+ years of practical experience with IT and other business departments
- Demonstratable experience in Agile development environments, capturing & managing business requirements from variable functions/teams and data-driven decision making
- Advanced understanding of business processes and practices
- Strong business analysis, project management, and communication skills
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with information architecture and creative disciplines.
- Experience with requirement/test/project management solutions, preferably JIRA.
