What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage CAPEX project purchases, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project milestones such as design drawings and factory/site acceptance tests. The ideal candidate will coordinate between vendors and internal teams, escalating risks and ensuring all purchases are in line with contract terms. This role is 100% onsite with some travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage construction contracts, consulting agreements, and other contract documents.
- Create and update Purchase Orders in SAP.
- Manage the flow of information, goods, and services between equipment suppliers and the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract milestones and deliverables.
- Provide regular updates on project procurement status to relevant teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing in construction or equipment purchasing.
- Proficiency in SAP purchasing and DocuSign.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
- Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Pay: $29.40 – $42 /hr.
