What You Will Be Doing:
- Provide Resource Management and associated Clarity tool support to associates across Firm Strategy, including developing and delivering actionable resource-oriented insights
- Serving as the Firm Strategy Division Resource Expert (DRE), in which the candidate will partner with other DREs across the firm to ensure consistency in Resource Management practices, etc.
- Support adoption of firm-level tool enhancement roll-outs
- Maintaining an Excel-based headcount tracking tool that will be used for prioritizing filling open roles and managing the Division to a budget cap
- Partnering with a reporting specialist on resource reporting, etc.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2-3 years working in Clarity in an administrator capacity, with an emphasis on resource management
- 5+ years working in a project environment either as a program manager, project manager, or project coordinator
- Experience working in a matrixed environment
- A positive approach to fulfilling responsibilities, willingness to engage in healthy team debate and ultimately support decisions even if they are different than the candidate’s recommendation
- Willingness to be flexible – to pitch in and help to accomplish a goal even if the need is outside typical responsibilities
- Needs to be a team player; can collaborate.
- Can instruct on data and give insights.ÿ¿ÿ¿ÿ¿ÿ¿ÿ¿ÿ¿ÿ¿ÿ Not just hand off data but can explain it.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years working in Clarity in an administrator capacity, with an emphasis on resource management. This will set the candidate apart from others and is very important.
- Experience interfacing with senior managers, department leaders, etc. with a track record of successfully gaining support for insights/recommendations
- PMP or Change Management certification
