What You Will Be Doing:
- Fully proficient, with considerable job-related experience in networking, accomplishing varied atypical project assignments with limited guidance.
- Execute and establish Quality Assurance and Product testing standards to ensure final product meets the project’s needs. Installs new software releases, performs system upgrades, configure network equipment via command line and GUI interfaces, and resolves complex problems.
- Work with Power Supply equipment.
- Coordinates with appropriate team(s) to apply software updates.
- Ensure the effective, secure and regulatory compliant operations and administration of complex infrastructure resources and consistent integrity of information.
- Knowledge of infrastructure, operating systems, telecommunications networks, specialized systems administration.
- Knowledge of the definition, design, and implementation of network communications and solutions. Knowledge of current system administration tools and scripting languages.
- Decommissioning of network equipment and RMA defective equipment per vendor specifications. Working knowledge of provisioning Cisco equipment
- Execute and establish Quality Assurance and Product testing standards to ensure final product meets the projects needs
- RMA defective equipment per vendor specifications
- Decommissioning of network equipment
- Configure network equipment via command line and GUI interfaces
- Work with Power Supply equipment
Required Skills & Experience:
- Associates degree required, preferably in computer science or related field.
- Will consider candidates without a degree if they show/demonstrate having 2+ years’ equivalent, relevant experience in tools, systems, and initiatives leveraged by customer.
- Certification in Comptia A+, Comptia Network+ and/or Cisco CCENT preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
