What You Will Be Doing:
Provide routine support of all Procurement applications, solving user tickets at the second level (technical analysis, advanced knowledge of data inter-dependencies, possibly debugging in test systems, etc.) and taking on specific new applications that have been developed and supporting the implementation in various markets in North America. Some limited travel may be required.
Primary Responsibilities: % of Time:
- 40% Support break-fix of the company’s remote locations, escalations from the site
- 60% Deployment of new infrastructure, switches supporting lifecycle
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
- Provide execution and deployment for Market projects, devices upgrades and replacement, engagement with Local IT people to align best scenario
- Provide support to break-fix support to remote locations, working with Plant IT contacts and end users.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Post-secondary education in Networking, Aruba or CISCO, equivalent to CCNP, CCSP, CISM, and a CCNA certifications desired. SDWAN
- Experience: (Years / Type)
- 5 Years of LAN Switching and Routing, Catalyst / Nexus Support
- Advanced LAN Switching/Routing Experience
