Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Learning & Development Specialist (147672). Do you have experience with LMS and talent development? Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with others to support programs and solutions that address talent needs.
  • Utilize, manage and evolve the learning management system and learning platforms and processes to schedule, assign access, monitor, record, evaluate and report on learning activities.
  • Help manage talent development processes and programs such as tuition reimbursement, certification, and learning and development requests for employees.
  • Implement the established evaluation methods for current learning programs to ensure world-class learning for employees. Report findings and trends.
  • Support classes and learning programs including preparation, execution, and administration.
  • Develop and implement work plans for learning and development programs.
  • Develop and implement communication and marketing plans for learning and development programs.
  • Assist with establishing effectiveness of contracts and accuracy of invoices with third-party vendors and internal partners before submitting for approval. Assist with monitoring and controlling expenses to ensure forecast is not exceeded.
  • Research, evaluate, recommend and gain approval for creative learning options.ÿ¿ÿ¿ÿ¿ÿ 
  • Collaborate with other team members to participate in end-to-end learning program process including: assessment, sourcing and contracting, design and development, delivery, implementation planning and evaluation.
  • Maintain already established vendor relationships and participate in making recommendations for vendor selection.
  • Participate in outsourcing training facilitation in alignment with vendor sourced delivery model and facilitate small group sessions/meetings when requested.
  • Contribute to project teams working on talent development and Workforce Services initiatives.
  • Assist with task automation and process improvements to streamline and enhance talent development operations.
  • Support learning and development material quality, both internally developed and externally provided.
  • Maintain established service level agreements to meet customer expectations and quality standards.
  • Protects our customers, our employees, and our brands by incorporating security and compliance in all decisions and daily job responsibilities; follows security policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • 2+ years success in a Human Resources department, organizational development, training and development, or talent development department in a large, corporate environment
  • 1+ year program, process and procedure execution support (execution and/or administration)
  • Detail-oriented
  • Command of MS Office 365 Suite

        Desired Skills & Experience:

        • Prior LMS admin experience, ‘Cornerstone on Demand’ experience would be IDEAL but not required
