Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Lead Support Analyst (147226). Do you have experience with Salesforce? Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!

What You Will Be Doing:
As lead for the level-2 support team, you will assist users of Salesforce technology and manage other support analysts in the team.  The team will support the Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Dealer Portal (aka, Communities) functionalities.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Four or more years’ experience with applications support.
  • Two to four years of managing the team. 
  • Working knowledge of the Salesforce and cloud applications
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and web browsers such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Internet Explorer
  • Good communications skills are must, as this role involves working with business users; managing expectations. Should be fluent in English and Spanish is optional.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Community Cloud (1 to 3 years)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (1 to 3 years)

              Desired Skills & Experience:

              • Application support (4+ yrs)
              • Salesforce (1+ yrs)
              • Salesforce Service Cloud (1+ yrs)
              • Oracle APEX development language (1+ yrs)
              • Incident Management (2+ yrs)
