What You Will Be Doing:

This position is responsible for supporting the cybersecurity efforts within Radiology Services by interfacing with customers who are assessing our devices and vendor practices. The Junior Cyber Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to provide cybersecurity assessments and ensure that our products and services meet customer requirements. The role involves evaluating security controls, ensuring compliance, and providing customer-facing support within the commercial cyber department.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cybersecurity Assessments: Conduct and support cybersecurity assessments of radiology devices and services, ensuring they meet customer and industry standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure cybersecurity requirements are met and understood.
  • Customer Support: Act as a customer-facing representative for the commercial cyber department, addressing inquiries, providing information, and supporting customers during their assessment processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update cybersecurity assessment reports, policies, and procedures.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure that devices and services comply with relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations.
  • Remote Support: Provide remote assistance for cybersecurity assessments, connectivity team, and customer support, ensuring timely resolution and support.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Education Minimum Requirement: High School Diploma along with 1 year of experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
  • Education Preferred: Associate degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with flexibility and good judgment
  • Ability to prioritize individual workload to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office product suite and 3rd party cybersecurity tools
  • Confidence to provide direction and communication to internal teams
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity assessment tools and techniques
  • Proficiency with remote access tools and techniques

Pay: $35 – $50 /hr.
