Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented IT Support Specialist – 146425. Do you have experience with help desk? Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!

What You Will Be Doing:
You will be responding to and managing help desk tickets, calls, and emails from end-users. Set-up and tracking of all IT hardware in the Asset System. Administer user accounts and permissions in: Active Directory, Microsoft 365, CaseWorthy, Company Mileage, and others as required. Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. Self-maintenance of our Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet hardware. Monitor changes in infrastructure configurations. Support, monitoring, and maintenance of Anti-Virus and Anti-Malware Protection. Troubleshoot system, application, and network problems and provide resolutions. Create and maintain documentation for end-user solutions. Create and maintain documentation for IT related policies and procedures. Support rollout of new applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or three years of relevant technical experience
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to convey technical terms to non-technical audience
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Microsoft or Dell vendor certification a plus
  • Experience in maintaining computers (mixed platforms), networks and data communication
  • Acceptable background check, as required for position
  • Current drivers license, current insurance, own/have reliable transportation
