Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented IT Program Manager (147663). Do you have experience with managing large scale transformational programs? Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!

What You Will Be Doing:
The IT Program Manager will report directly to the Director of the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) and will be responsible for end-to-end Program Management, including planning, directing, and monitoring activities of project teams involved in initial analysis, design, development, and implementation of programs.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Prior experience managing large scale, transformational programs
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly comprehend a broad array of initiatives to direct program scope, requirements gathering and change management to meet changing Business and IT objectives
  • Proficient knowledge of program management concepts, from planning and inception, through implementation and support
  • Proven leadership in the indirect supervision/coaching of project teams comprised of multiple levels of employees, including both professionals and management
  • Superb communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to engage an audience across a broad range of technical expertise and/or business acumen
  • Demonstrated high degree of collaboration; works well with others in team environments as it relates to delivering projects and programs
  • Strong meeting facilitation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with any level of senior leader participants
  • Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities

                  Desired Skills & Experience:

                  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
                  • Experience working within large organizational programs spanning multiple business areas and sponsors
                  • Experience managing in a matrixed reporting structure
                  • Knowledge of Project and Program Management tools
                  • Experience in agile methodology and CI/CD principles
