What You Will Be Doing:
You will be responsible for providing support to multiple HR functions, including but not limited to HR, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development. In supporting the TA function, you will work closely with Talent Acquisition professionals, hiring managers, candidates, and extended Workforce Services team, to support and enable the full cycle recruitment and hiring process. In support of the HR function, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for human resources activities related to personnel record maintenance, system data entry and management, FMLA administration, and benefit and policy administration. You will manage the HR responsibilities for onboarding new employees. You will create, update, and maintain personnel records and human resources related files. You will also processes forms, completes required documentation, and updates forms for human resources activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure and build experience across multiple HR functions.
