Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented HR Coordinator, Talent Acquisition – 146806. Do you have experience with human resources? Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!

What You Will Be Doing:
We are looking for a candidate local to the area, but open to remote. This person will need to be able to collaborate with the other HR Coordinator, cover when they are absent, support the Talent Acquisition team. This person needs to be collaborative and have good communication skills. This person will need to have initiative and make process improvements, be flexible and be self-sufficient to manage their own work. You will support the Talent Acquisition Process in the following areas: Scheduling candidate interviews, candidate travel, and handling candidate expense reimbursement. This includes coordinating calendars and working with interviewers/hiring teams/department admins to secure appropriate time. Provide outstanding customer service to all candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters as needed. Work effectively and share workload with our other HR Coordinator in Talent Acquisition, in addition serving as a backup when they are out of office. Plan and organize meetings as needed. Including food and refreshments. Partner with our recruiting team on logistics and organization throughout the interview process. Must ensure that sensitive data and information is kept confidential. Posting and updating open jobs on the applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors). Creating job folders for all open positions. Coordinating new hire schedules. Manage the Open position and hire metrics reports. Setup vendors and pay invoices. Order and maintain the necessary supplies for the Talent Acquisition team. Coordinating work flow and action items with our other HR Coordinator.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Preferred: Associates Degree Preferred.
  • Experience (Years/Type): 1+ years of experience providing administrative support to a team within a professional work environment.
  • 1+ years experience using an automated Applicant Tracking System such as SuccessFactors, preferred.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and Outlook.
