What You Will Be Doing:
You will transition all current training material and on paper work done to date into a living and breathing procurement training program. Digitize into a cohesive program for visibility and tracking, with appropriate connections to the non-functional training. Expertly deliver Procurement training material and organize/coordinate subject matter experts to deliver other specific training. Develop train-the-trainer system to build procurement capabilities. Organize periodic reviews of training materials, maintain relevance and measure effectiveness of training systems implemented. Identify new training needs and develop appropriate materials and method of delivery. Collaborate across NiM procurement and be the single US point of contact for global procurement training roll out and content creation. Be the procurement representative on all local cross-functional training (e.g. broader Supply Chain, new hire on-boarding, e-learning, safety, etc.). Work closely with Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) and other teams in the company to coordinate and link training as it aligns with career path development. Ensure Sprout system reflects procurement in end-to- end development. You will provide facilitation and consulting to strategic business units and / or functions as needed. Keep abreast of market information/best practices relating to adult learning methodologies, association matters, member issues, technology advancements, etc. Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
- BS/BA in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Human resources, organization development, or a related field required.
- 4 Years of experience in Procurement or Training roles; with demonstrated success in project management and presentation skills
- Position requires up to 30% travel
- Candidates should possess or have a strong willingness to learn platform facilitation, course design skills
