What You Will Be Doing:
You will assist with creating operational roadmaps and you will be responsible for development, testing, and support processes. You will assist with releases and efforts to streamline software development by implementing a continuous integration and deployment process. You will be working to build and manage software delivery, systems integration, and developer support tools while introducing new frameworks to boost the team’s productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of web applications using .NET and React
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to coding best practices and software development standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and implement new features and functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the application code and infrastructure
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability
- Experience with Jenkins or a similar tool (GitHub, GitLab, UrbanCode, JIRA, JFrog, HashiCorp, etc.)
- Experience writing comprehensive documentation
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in web development with a focus on .NET and React
- Expert-level proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and React
- Deep understanding of databases, such as SQL Server, and experience with database design and optimization
- Experience with Scrum/Agile style SDLC
- Familiarity with Cloud-based development platforms such as Azure or AWS, and experience deploying applications to the cloud
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
