What You Will Be Doing:
API Office is responsible for the standardization, optimization and stewardship of the organization’s API practice and other technology modernization efforts. We have an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Architect to join this highly strategic team. In this role you will develop a thorough understanding of the company’s technology strategy and drive alignment of solution builds to the strategy.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 11+ years of relevant experience (designing and developing large scale applications)
- Strong experience with API technologies, Microservice and Event Driven architectures, AWS and Azure environments
- Professional experience identifying and gathering solution needs; performing risk analysis, defining architecture; acting and driving key stakeholder acceptance
- Experience defining architectural considerations and collaborating with Engineers on the direction for the development of solutions or enhancements
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Experience with Domain Driven Design or other relevant design methodologies
- Experience with IT automation technologies and principles
- Experience with product oriented development
- Experience with Agile software development methodology
- Experience leading / guiding others through IT transformational journeys
- Stay up to date on industry trends, products, applications, technical service, market conditions, and competitive activities
