Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Digital Brand Management Associate, Digital Media – 147005. Do you have experience with digital media? Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!

What You Will Be Doing:
You will execute strategic sourcing and employment brand strategies to completion within timelines, as identified by Digital Brand Management leadership team. Create internal and external awareness toward diversity, gender balance, disability, and veteran hiring, including robust pipeline development and tailored employment branding and recruitment marketing tactics. Identify best in class brand and sourcing strategies metrics and Return on Investment (ROI) accountability, execute against the plan, and communicate performance to necessary parties. Learn Applicant Tracking System (ATS)/Contact Relationship Management (CRM) technology to deliver upon recruiting customer groups talent sourcing objectives. Research current labor market, generational, and technology trends and ensure the employment brand is relevant to target candidates and maintains a competitive edge for the company.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 6+ months of experience in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Talent Acquisition, or related field
  • 1+ year(s) of experience using recruitment or marketing technology to create and execute recruitment- or brand-marketing, digital social communications, or similar.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ months of experience creating communication with a Contact Relationship Management (CRM) tool is preferred
  • 6+ months of experience using a graphic design tool (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, Bannersnack, etc.) is preferred
  • Bachelors degree OR internship in Human Resources or Marketing is preferred
