What You Will Be Doing:
You will work closely with teams on enterprise data engagement and governance goals, standards, practices, processes and change management. Develop high-quality, repeatable processes and process improvements, ways of working, and governance tooling opportunities. Evaluate concerns in governing data, including problem definitions, opportunity and solution recommendations, and root cause analysis. Establish and demonstrate confidence and consistency in the quality of data. Identify opportunities to eliminate or minimize data compliance risks. Work with stakeholders to establish data sharing structures and protocols and to support smooth change management for improved data sharing and adoption. Collaborate with data stewards to advance and optimize adoption of enterprise data governance and engagement through the execution of use cases and other means of iterative adoption. Represents the data governance strategy and interests across teams.
