What You Will Be Doing:
This position is primarily responsible for supporting the Vendor Life Cycle for the Operating Companies in the US and Canada. This position will function as the Local Data Approver within SAP and perform bank validation procedures related to business users and offshore teams requests. This position will partner with the global Center of Scale (CoS) to ensure vendor requests are processed accurately based on the agreed upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Review data submissions by the CoS for vendor request by validation of data standards, documents, and requirements
- Perform review of bank account set-up details and communicate with vendor contacts to obtain validation for banking requirements, including documentation and tracking of the results as part of the review
- Execute approval steps within vendor life cycle in line with the vendor master SLA requirements, and escalate exceptions to leadership for review as appropriate
- Participate in projects related to data cleansing, including routine deactivations of vendors, vendor deletions, and other types of mass data changes
- Compile metrics used for monthly reports to monitor KPIs and compliance requirements, supporting stakeholders as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Experience:
- Associates degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in SAP, or other ERP solution, vendor master systems, purchasing, accounts payable, or data analytics preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; advanced Excel skills strongly preferred

- Proficiency in data entry and analysis, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Strong customer service and communication skills, including written and verbal communication
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to execute initiatives to drive process improvements
- Able to maintain and track status of large volume of detailed data
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to achieve SLA requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills
